You will take the lead role in building a new data ops team

You will be instrumental in hiring the right candidates for DevOps/Data Ops, Machine Learning Engineering, and Security Engineering roles.

You will manage our project pipeline and align capacity and resource planning with internal and external stakeholders.

You will actively shape the site strategy as part of the management team.

You will lead the technical department(s) focusing on efficiency and cutting-edge technology solutions.

You will define the technical capabilities required to achieve a competitive advantage.

You establish best practices for cross-functional team collaboration and agile software development.

You leverage your technical expertise to ensure advanced architectural solutions and innovative technology practices.

You will facilitate learning and knowledge sharing in our data studios and mentor other specialists.
